Thank you for shopping with us! We truly appreciate your business and hope you are happy with your purchase. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is any issue with the product due to damage or manufacturing defect, we will gladly assist you with a return and refund as outlined below.
📦 RETURNS
We accept returns only if the item is damaged or defective, and the request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging, certificates (if any), and tags intact.
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged.
🔁 RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email us at [your email address] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA, securely pack the item in its original box and include the provided return form. Then ship the return to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
💰 REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 4 business days for inspection and refund processing. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please note, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
❗ EXCEPTIONS & NOTES
Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs will not be covered.
